Exchange and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen. If an issue arises in the first 30 days after receiving your plant, please reach out by email to wel0v3plants@gmail.com to explain your situation (ideally with photos) so we may have the opportunity to review and determine the most ideal solution with you. Exchanges will usually be delivered within 48 hours. Refunds additionally will require 48 hours to be processed.

Unfortunately, not just any plant will be eligible for a refund. In cases where there is no issue other than that the plant is not wanted, we are glad to take it back, however a restocking fee will be assessed when processing the refund. While we would love to allow a “test run”, it is simply not good for our business.

In cases of severe damage or neglect, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
